Tony Foreshew is the assigned Strata Manager to manage the affairs of your building.
Foreshew also have other team members that are able to assist you should the need arise
Foreshew Strata Agency also have available an Emergency After Hours Assistance to deal with Urgent Emergency matters outside of our office hours.
The Emergency After Hours Support person will assist and can deal with urgent maintenance and repairs matters for the building. An example of this is for invasive water ingress, gas leak and/or anything that is affecting the common property or a lot that requires immediate attention.
Please note that the After-Hours Emergency Assistance does not deal with any enquiries pertaining to levies or general matters in relation to the building.
The Emergency After Hours Assistance is available Monday - Friday after 5.00pm and prior to 8.30am and 24-hours availability on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

MHF Termite Barriers is engaged to provide termite inspection.
Please note that Termite inspection cost is included in the Strata Levy. However it is the residents' responsibility to book and schedule this service
Garbage collection is done weekly on Tuesday mornings for the Red Bin and fortnightly on Tuesday mornings for the Yellow Bin.
Please keep you bins in the garbage collection bay located in our strata on the day before in the evening
Annually you get 12 free bulk item pick-ups provided by Blacktown council.
Note that you need to book a pick-up first and then inform the strata OC team and then place the bulk items on the day before the pickup. This will minimise community inconvenience and garbage scattering in common area. Use this link to inform strata OC about your bulk items
Annually residents can get 2 free plants per townhouse/villa provided by Blacktown council.
Planting in common area in common area will require permissions from Strata Comittee
You will need to register with Blacktown Council to receive Council rates notices.
You can also call to arrange for new garbage dustbins to be delivered to your address
