Resident Parking

Owners and residents are only allowed to park in the spaces allocated to them. They cannot use parking for visitors or emergency vehicles. They should check that their lot entitlement includes a car space.

Please register all cars owned by all occupants in your property. This information must be accurate and is used by Strata Owners to enforce parking laws in strata complex and prevent fines.

If  your vehicle details changes please re-submit vehicle registration form.

Our strata has townhouses with driveways and townhouses with no driveways. We also have limited visitor parking bays. Residents should ensure that their vehicles are not parked on common property.
