Visitor Parking

Only visitors or guests can use the visitor parking bays. Visitor parking bays at no time should be used by residents without proper approval for the same.

Visitors or guests are allowed only 8 Hours in a day to park their vehicle. To request an approval for visitor parkings exceeding 8 hours, please send an email to secretary@theBurdekin.info.

Visitors and Guests are advised to register before using the visitor parking bays. This helps the Strata committee to prevent issuing violation incorrectly. Use below form.

Unauthorised parking in visitor parking bays attract an admin fee. Frequent violation of the visitor parking rules will be escalated to NCAT.
